Good to Know
Your Raenest Physical Card can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, online, in-store and at supported ATMs. Acceptance depends on the merchant and card network.
The card network and payment processor charge international merchant processing fees, where applicable.
Currency conversion fees apply only when your transaction is funded from a wallet in a different currency than the payment.
After your 2 free insufficient balance declines each month, each eligible decline costs $0.40. Keep enough in your linked balances, or add more balances to your spending order, to avoid this fee.
If you're only slightly short of the payment amount, the decline won't attract a fee.
If we can't collect a decline fee because your balance is too low, repeated declines may cause your card to be frozen or terminated.
