Ordering a Raenest Physical Card takes just a few minutes. Your Visa card links directly to your Raenest balances, so once it arrives and you've activated it, you can start spending without funding it first. Follow the steps below to order your physical card.
Step 1: Log In to Your Raenest Account
Open the Raenest app and sign in with your registered credentials.
Step 2: Go to Cards
From your dashboard, tap Cards to access the card management section.
Step 3: Tap "Create New Card"
Select Create New Card to begin.
Step 4: Select Physical Card
Choose Physical Card from the card options.
Step 5: Review Your Card Details
Check your card details and fees. A one-time $3 card creation fee applies, plus a delivery fee of $15 within Nigeria or $40 outside Nigeria. You'll see the total before you confirm.
Step 6: Pay for Your Card
Choose the wallet you want to pay from. Make sure it has enough funds to cover the creation and delivery fees, then confirm your order.
Step 7: Track Your Card
Once you submit your order, you can track your card's status in the app. You can expect your card within 15 business days, although delivery may take longer in some locations. We'll notify you when your card is created, shipped and delivered.
Step 8: Activate Your Card
When your card arrives, activate it in the app before your first payment:
Open the Raenest app.
Select your physical card.
Tap I have received my card.
Tap Activate to begin.
Create your card PIN.
Your card is now ready to use.
Step 9: Set Up How You Spend
Once your card is active, go to Cards and tap your physical card to:
Set your balance priority: choose the order in which your Raenest balances are used. Whenever you make a payment, your card will debit the first balance with sufficient funds, based on the priority you've selected.
Set your daily spending limit under Card Limit, up to the maximum allowed for your KYC level. For example, if your KYC level allows up to $10,000 a day, you can choose $1,000, $3,000, $5,000 or $10,000.
Step 10: Start Spending
Your card is ready to use. You can:
Pay in-store at any merchant that accepts Visa.
Withdraw cash at supported ATMs.
Make payments on thousands of online platforms.
View your card details, freeze your card and manage it directly from the Raenest app.
Please note: Physical cards are available to users in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Egypt, South Africa, Rwanda, and the Philippines. You can have one physical card at a time, so if you already have an active or frozen physical card, you'll need to terminate it before you can order a new one.
