How to Add Money to Your Raenest Account With Crypto

You can add money to your Raenest account using Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), or Solana (SOL).

When you deposit any of these cryptocurrencies, Raenest automatically converts the amount to USDC at the prevailing market rate and credits your USDC wallet. You don't need to create a separate crypto wallet in Raenest before using this feature. Raenest automatically generates a unique deposit address the first time you use each cryptocurrency.

Raenest supports the following cryptocurrencies for deposits:

Important: BTC, ETH and SOL are funding methods only. Your Raenest account does not hold balances in these cryptocurrencies. All deposits made using these methods are converted to USDC and credited to your USDC wallet.

Follow these steps to fund your Raenest account using BTC, ETH or SOL.

Step 1: Open Add Money

Log in to your Raenest app and select Add Money from the Home screen.

Step 2: Select your cryptocurrency

In the Paying with field, select the cryptocurrency you want to use: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) or Solana (SOL).

Step 3: Review the transaction details

Review the transaction details displayed on the screen, including the applicable fee, estimated delivery time and exchange rate. Check the minimum deposit amount for your chosen cryptocurrency before proceeding.

Step 4: Copy your deposit address

Select Continue to proceed to the payment screen.

Copy the deposit address displayed on the screen or scan the QR code. Each cryptocurrency has its own unique deposit address. Make sure you use the address provided for the cryptocurrency you're sending.

Step 5: Send the cryptocurrency

Open your external crypto wallet or exchange and initiate a transfer to the deposit address displayed in Raenest. Before confirming the transaction, ensure that:

Step 6: Wait for your USDC wallet to be credited

Once the transaction receives the required blockchain confirmation, Raenest automatically converts the deposited cryptocurrency to USDC and credits your USDC wallet. Typical delivery time is 10 to 30 minutes, though processing times may vary.

Each supported cryptocurrency has a minimum deposit amount.

Important: If you send less than the minimum amount, the transaction will not be processed, and your account will not be credited. According to the current support guide, funds sent below the minimum remain at the deposit address and cannot currently be retrieved.

Always confirm the minimum amount before sending your cryptocurrency.

A fee of 0.8% applies to crypto deposits, with a minimum fee of 1.5 USDC. The fee is deducted from the USDC amount after your cryptocurrency has been converted.

For example, if the converted deposit amount is $100 worth of USDC, the 0.8% fee would be 0.80 USDC. Since the minimum fee is 1.5 USDC, the fee applied would be 1.5 USDC, leaving 98.5 USDC to be credited to your wallet.

The transaction details show the applicable fee before you confirm the deposit. If the amount remaining after the fee is deducted is very small or zero, you will receive only the remaining amount. The transaction fee is not refunded.

When you deposit BTC, ETH, or SOL, Raenest converts the cryptocurrency to USDC at the prevailing market rate when the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.

The final USDC amount may differ from the estimate displayed when you initiate the transaction because cryptocurrency prices fluctuate.

A processing fee is also deducted from the converted amount before the remaining USDC is credited to your wallet.

2. Which wallet receives my deposit?

All deposits made using BTC, ETH or SOL are converted to USDC and credited to your Raenest USDC wallet. You won't receive BTC, ETH or SOL balances in your Raenest account.

No. When you select BTC, ETH, or SOL for the first time, Raenest automatically generates a unique deposit address for that cryptocurrency.

Your deposit address is unique to your Raenest account for each supported cryptocurrency and remains the same for future deposits. Always copy the address displayed in your Raenest app before sending funds.
