Add Money with Stablecoins

You can fund your Raenest account by sending USDT (Tether) or USDC (USD Coin) from an external crypto wallet to your Raenest stablecoin wallet.

Stablecoin deposits are credited directly to the matching wallet, so you don't need to convert them before adding money to your account.

Important: Always select a network supported for the specific stablecoin you're depositing. The network you select in Raenest must match the network you use to send the funds. Sending funds through an unsupported network may result in lost funds.

Steps to Add Money With Stablecoins

Step 1: Open Add Money

Log in to your Raenest app and select Add Money from the Home screen.

Step 2: Select your stablecoin

In the Paying with field, select either USDT or USDC, depending on the stablecoin you want to deposit.

Step 3: Select a network

Open the Network field and select your preferred supported network. Make sure the network you select matches the network you'll use to send funds from your external wallet. If you don't have a stablecoin address yet, Raenest will prompt you to create one.

Step 4: Review the transaction details

Select Continue and review the transaction details displayed on the screen, including the applicable fee and estimated delivery time.

Step 5: Copy your deposit address

Your stablecoin deposit address will appear on the payment screen. Copy the address or scan the QR code to use it in your external wallet.

Step 6: Send your stablecoins

Open your external wallet, enter the deposit address or scan the QR code, and send the selected stablecoin through the network you chose.

Before confirming the transfer, check that:

  • You're sending the correct stablecoin, USDT or USDC.

  • The destination address matches the address displayed in Raenest.

  • You're using the correct supported network.

Step 7: Wait for your wallet to be credited

Your Raenest wallet will be credited once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Stablecoin deposits typically arrive instantly after on-chain confirmation, although network congestion may affect processing time.

Stablecoin Deposit Fees

We deduct a transaction fee from each stablecoin deposit. The fee depends on the network used. The fee is deducted from the amount deposited.

Example: If you send 100 USDT through a network with a 1 USDT deposit fee, 99 USDT will be credited to your Raenest wallet.

There is no minimum deposit amount. However, if the amount you send is equal to or less than the applicable transaction fee, you may receive zero in your wallet.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Which stablecoins can I use to add money?
You can deposit USDT (Tether) and USDC (USD Coin) into your Raenest account.

2. Do I need to create a stablecoin wallet address first?

Yes. You need a stablecoin deposit address in your Raenest account. If you don't already have one, you'll be prompted to create it when you initiate a deposit.

3. How long does a stablecoin deposit take?

Deposits typically arrive instantly after the blockchain confirms the transaction. Network congestion may cause delays.

4. Is there a minimum deposit amount?

No minimum deposit amount is required. However, we deduct the transaction fee from the amount you send. If your deposit amount is equal to or less than the fee, you may receive zero.

5. Can I send USDT to my USDC deposit address?

No. USDT and USDC have separate deposit addresses. Sending one stablecoin to the other stablecoin's address may result in the funds not being credited correctly.

Always verify the stablecoin and deposit address before sending. If you've already sent the wrong stablecoin, contact Raenest Support. Recovery is not guaranteed.

6. Can I use any network to deposit stablecoins?

No. Only the networks supported for the selected stablecoin are available. Check the network options in the Raenest app before sending funds.

7. What should I do if stablecoin deposits aren't showing as a payment option?

Try updating your Raenest app to the latest version. You can also close and reopen the Add Money screen, since available payment methods load dynamically. If the option still doesn't appear, contact Raenest Support.

8. What if I sent stablecoins but my wallet hasn't been credited?

First, check the transaction status using the transaction hash on the relevant blockchain explorer. Confirm that you used the correct deposit address, stablecoin and network.

If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but your Raenest wallet hasn't been credited, contact Raenest Support with your transaction details.

9. What information should I provide when contacting Support?

To help the team investigate, provide:

  • Your Raenest account email address.

  • The stablecoin you sent, USDT or USDC.

  • The amount sent.

  • The deposit address used, if available.

  • The network used.

  • The transaction hash.

  • The date and time of the transaction.

  • A screenshot of the deposit screen or any error message, if available.

You can also include a link to the transaction on a blockchain explorer.
