Do I need to spend the $200 in one transaction?
No. Your total spend across multiple transactions counts, as long as it all happens within the campaign period. For example:
$50 + $80 + $70 = $200 → qualifies
How will I know if I’m among the first 1,000 users?
We’ll validate all transactions after the campaign ends. If you’re eligible, you’ll receive your cashback after verification.
When will I receive my cashback?
Cashbacks will be processed right after the campaign, once all qualifying transactions are confirmed. We’ll notify you when your cashback is added.

What happens if I spend $200 after the first 1,000 users?
You can still use your card normally, but you won’t receive the cashback once the cap is reached.

No, only successful, completed payments count toward the $200 threshold.

Make sure:
You have enough balance in your wallet
Your card details are correct
The merchant accepts virtual dollar cards
You’re not exceeding your limits

Your spending limit depends on your Raenest KYC level. Here’s the full breakdown:

Why didn’t I get my cashback?
You may not receive cashback if:
You weren’t among the first 1,000 users
You didn’t reach $200 total spend
Your transactions were reversed/refunded
You used a different payment method
You spent outside 25th - 30th November
