If you teach on NovoEd through a university, company, or organisation, you’ll need to upload your NovoEd Instructor Payout Statement during onboarding on Raenest. This document helps confirm your income as an instructor and verify your legitimate source of earnings.

Instructors who teach on enterprise learning platforms like NovoEd are usually paid through their affiliated organisation rather than directly by the platform. Your payout statement helps us:
Verify your income source and confirm that it comes from legitimate teaching activity.

We only use this document for income verification — it’s never shared or used for any other purpose.
How to Request Your NovoEd Instructor Payout Statement.
Because NovoEd doesn’t provide direct access to payout reports for instructors, you’ll need to obtain your payment information through your affiliated organisation or NovoEd support.
Option 1: Contact Your Institution or Organisation.
Reach out to the finance or human resources department of your affiliated institution or company.
Request your payout details or a statement confirming your teaching income.
Ask them to provide this in writing or as an official document for your records.
Option 2: Contact NovoEd Support.
If your institution directs you back to NovoEd, or if you need additional payment confirmation:
Visit the NovoEd Support Page or use the instructor support channels provided by your organisation.
Submit a support ticket stating that you’re an instructor requesting your payout statement.
Include:
Your course or program name
The date range for which you need the payout information
Once you receive your statement, upload it under Employment Details on Raenest as your proof of income.
