Raenest makes it easy to send money to recipients directly from your account. Whether you’re sending money to an existing recipient or adding someone new, you can complete the transfer in a few simple steps.
How to Send Money on Raenest
Step 1: Open the Raenest App
Open the Raenest app on your mobile device and log in to your account. Make sure you’re using the official Raenest app and that your account is secured with your login credentials.
Step 2: Select “Send”
From the app, select “Send” to start a money transfer. You’ll then be asked who you’re sending the funds to.
Step 3: Select or Add a Recipient
Choose an existing recipient from your saved list.
If you’re sending money to someone for the first time, select “Add a New Receiver” and enter the required recipient details.
Before continuing, make sure the recipient’s information is accurate to avoid delays or sending money to the wrong account.
Step 4: Enter the Amount
Enter the amount you want to send. The next page will also show you how much the recipient will receive. Review both amounts carefully, along with any applicable fees or other transaction details.
Step 5: Review and Confirm the Transaction
Review the transaction details to make sure everything is correct, including:
The recipient’s details
The amount you’re sending
The amount the recipient will receive
Any applicable fees
Once you’ve confirmed the details, click “Continue.”
Step 6: Authorise the Transaction
To complete the transfer, you’ll need to authorise the transaction. Enter your password or use Face ID to confirm the payment, depending on the security option available on your device.
Step 7: Complete the Transfer
Once your transaction has been authorised, Raenest will process the transfer. You’ll receive confirmation once the transaction is complete.
Tips for Sending Money
Make sure you’ve selected the correct recipient or entered the correct details when adding a new recipient.
Before confirming your transfer, check the amount you’re sending and the amount the recipient will receive.
Review the transaction details for any applicable fees before you continue.
Never share your Raenest password or other account security details with anyone.
Set up your Face ID; it provides a convenient way to authorise transactions without entering your password each time.
