Receiving Money
The table below shows the fees for receiving money in each supported currency.
Payment Method | Fee |
USD ACH | $2 flat |
USD Wire | $12 flat |
USDT / USDC | $1 flat (TRON network: $1.50) |
EUR Bank Transfer | 0.8% (minimum €3, maximum €12) |
GBP Bank Transfer | 0.8% (minimum £3, maximum £12) |
What does "flat fee" mean?
A flat fee stays the same no matter how much you receive.
For example:
Receive $100 via ACH → Pay $2
Receive $1,000 via ACH → Pay $2
Receive $10,000 via ACH → Pay $2
What does "percentage with a cap" mean?
Some currencies are charged as a percentage of the amount you receive, but the fee will never exceed the stated maximum.
For EUR deposits:
Fee: 0.8%
Minimum fee: €3
Maximum fee: €12
For GBP deposits:
Fee: 0.8%
Minimum fee: £3
Maximum fee: £12
This means larger deposits won't continue increasing in cost after reaching the cap.

Good to Know
Fees are deducted automatically from the amount received or sent.
The exact fee is always shown before you complete a transaction.
Currency conversion fees are charged separately and depend on the currencies you're converting between.
Looking for Currency Conversion Fees?
Conversion fees are priced by currency corridor (for example, USD → RWF or EUR → RWF) rather than by country. See our Conversion Fees article for the latest conversion charges.
Need More Help?
